  • Because we want our customer experience to be intimate and professional, we encourage and require our clients to arrive alone at all appointments.

  • Even though food and drinks aren’t allowed, at Salon Her Inc., we provide a complimentary menu of refreshments for our valued and much-appreciated clients.

  • At Salon Her Inc, we accept all forms of payment, such as cash, apple pay, and all major debit and credit cards.

  • We would love for our clients to hang out all day, but we want to ensure our clients are in and out of the salon at an efficient and effective time. With this enthusiasm in mind, we require our clients to be on time. Arriving more than 10 minutes late to your appointment will result in a late fee applied to the final balance of the service.

  • Our goal is for every client to make an appointment. No Show and Cancellations within 48 hours of your service are subjected to pay a cancellation fee.

How do I know if I qualify for a hair color transformation? 

We require all clients to consult before booking a hair coloring service. We prioritize the integrity and health of your hair. Our salon professionals can deny hair coloring services if you aren't a good fit.

SILK PRESS

 

How long does a silk press last? 

With proper care and at-home management, most silk press services last up to two weeks.

I'm not happy with my hair. Can I get a refund? 

Our services, products, and courses are non-refundable. We highly recommend consultations before booking services. We ask that you report any dissatisfaction with a service before leaving the salon.

How do I know what course to purchase?

If you need help selecting a course, please email info@salonherinstitute.com for assistance. You can also watch our course demo video for a more detailed explanation of our online courses.
